
Hi and thanks for visiting my website. My name is Erica Boyd-White and I have worked in content creation, social media management, product photography and online marketing for 10 years both in New Zealand and abroad.
My e-commerce experience ranges from womens and childrenswear to homeware and beauty and most things in-between.
I am inherently creative and drawn to simple yet beautiful things, natural materials and organic forms. I have recently become more focussed in the area of product styling and photography as this is a real passion of mine, however I love all aspects of creating a successful online brand - from looking at the way customers experience the website right down to analysing the performance of email campaigns.
I highly value aesthetics when looking at an online brand, both personally and professionally. I believe that as consumers we need to connect to a brand, aspire to the feel of the brand and trust the brand, therefore the brand must tell an authentic story and this story must be told in the most visually beautiful way possible. In a sea of online brands and businesses, it is so important to put your best foot forward and really find a way of engaging with your audience.
My number one goal when working with a brand is to engage the customer. I feel this can be done in multiple ways - defining brand imagery, refining user experience and creating an authentic voice - to name a few.
Online retail is an exciting and ever changing landscape. I love growing my skills, extending myself and growing with the digital landscape. As cheesy as it sounds, I really do wake to create!
