File types/resolution

Images will be provided as high res JPGs in landscape or portrait format. If you require different formats or file types, a processing charge of $85 per hour will apply (with a minimum charge of $42.50).

Image due dates

I require 7 days from the shoot date to supply completed images.

Payment terms

Payment is required 14 days from the invoice date. Overdue invoices will incur a late fee of 15% for each week overdue.

Rescheduling/cancellations

I understand that things change, product deliveries get delayed and labels get printed incorrectly but please also be mindful that as a freelancer your booking is my day’s work. If you cancel or change dates at the last minute it means I lose income for that week. Please give me at least one week’s notice for any cancellations or postponements so I can try and fill your spot. A fee of 30% will be charged for cancellations within 48hrs and a fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations within 24hrs.

Reshoots

The work I produce will be based on the briefing documents you, the client, supplies and conversations we have around the direction of the images. Unless I produce something wildly different than what we have discussed, reshoots will be charged for in full.

Retouching

Products will be photographed in the condition they arrive. Any label or product retouching required will be charged at an hourly rate of $120.

Editing and modifications

Images are the sole property of Erica Boyd-White. You are paying for the rights to use these images in the agreed manner. Images are not to be altered or modified in any way unless agreed prior - that includes adding filters, cutting bits out and altering colours.
